Eligibility
18+ Participants
Contestants must be 18 years of age or older on the day of the competition.
Costume Guidelines
Costumes must be family-friendly and appropriate for audiences of all ages.
At least 70% of the costume must be worn by the contestant and not solely rely on handheld props.
Store-bought costumes are permitted; however, judges may award additional points for craftsmanship and originality.
Safety
Safety Comes First.
No Functional Weapons Allowed.
No flames, fireworks, smoke devices, or hazardous materials.
Large costumes require approval.
Staff may restrict unsafe costume elements.
