Vendor Information
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for Space Fest 2026 this September!
Please note that submitting a vendor application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. All interested vendors must first complete the official Google Form application. Selected vendors will receive an approval from either the Space Fest or Brownsville's Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) email with instructions on how to submit payment through Eventbrite.
Vendor Space Information
Please read these notices to understand how to make the most of the space provided during the festival.
All approved vendors will receive one (1) 10x10 vendor space.
Tables, chairs, tents (10x10 Tents only), extension cords, and additional equipment will not be provided.
Vendors are responsible for bringing and setting up their own equipment in the selected time frame.
Food trucks must submit the correct dimensions of their truck/trailer during the application process to ensure proper spacing accommodations.
Vendor Requirements
Food & Cotage Law Vendors
Must obtain and submit a valid Public Health Event Permit via the Google Forms application.
Vendor fee: $75
Artist & Artisan Vendors
Vendor fee: $35
Food Trucks
Must obtain and submit a valid Public Health Event Permit and Fire Permit via the Google Forms application.
A working fire extinguisher is on-site
Vendor fee: $175
Nonprofit Organizations
Free participation with proof of valid 501(c)(3) status.

Alcohol
No alcohol sales will be permitted unless sold from an already established and properly licensed business location.
Fees
All vendor fees are based on the City’s Master Fee Schedule.
Permits
All required permits and fees must be completed and paid after vendor approval by the CVB.
Documentation
Failure to provide required permits or documentation may result in removal from the event.
