Who Can Participate & What’s Provided

Participation Fee:

FREE for non-commercial makers, educators, schools, clubs, nonprofits, and community organizations.

Commercial exhibitors are subject to separate requirements.

Eligibility:

Open to individuals, teams, schools, and organizations of all ages.

Participants under 18 must have an adult supervisor present.

What Each Selected Maker Receives:

One (1) 6-foot table

Two (2) chairs

Assigned exhibit space (All displays must remain within designated footprints).

Interactive & Family-Friendly

Exhibits should offer hands-on activities or demonstrations suitable for all ages.

Engagement

Makers should be present to explain the science and technology behind their projects.

Electricity

Limited access available upon request during application (makers must supply their own extension cords/strips).

Sales

We regularly deliver updates to ensure users have access to the latest features and improvements conveniently.

Strictly Prohibited Items

Weapons, explosives/combustibles, hazardous chemicals, open flames, offensive content.
